Investigations

The firm conducts neutral fact-finding in discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, and other sensitive employment disputes.  By hiring an outside firm to conduct an investigation, employers enhance the credibility of the fact-finding report and prevent conflict-of-interest challenges.  

Trainings
